We are a small shop based on the West Coast, and to ensure the best chance of success, we typically only ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow enough transit time. Based on the photo provided, it’s difficult to determine the plant’s condition. As a courtesy, I’ve already reship the plant. Please note that plants may arrive looking dry due to shipping stress, but simply soaking them in water and providing sufficient sunlight usually revive.
