I offered the seller to do either a partial refund or I send it back (which ever they choose) I would have been happy to do either one but the seller did not want to do neither, so I had to ask eBay to step in to get a refund. Second, I did not shove the ring all the way down on the ring sizer the way you did because I did not want to bend or scratch the ring. I also put a picture of the ring on the ring sizer in the post. You contacted me about a partial refund, seeing as how i had already dropped the price by $75 , I seen it as that was a partial refund.
