I have messaged the seller five consecutive days about the issue and have had absolutely no response. I ordered a large lot of photos, including an album which was in the listing & even had a video showing the contents. However, only some of the photos arrived, crammed into an envelope, with no albums or photos from the album. Seller has not responded to any requests for information or to offer help. Almost 5 times what I paid for the items. But when I lifted the box and considered the wieght, it was resonable amount. It however from no fault of the seller, went from NY PO to others back to NY, to Kansas City to Wichita back to Kc then other elswheres than to Wichita again and finally to me.
