This is a manufacturer defect, but Ebay make it so hard for non technical people to return a defective item, that leaving a negative review is the ONLY option. I bought TWO of these bras, BOTH 27" laid flat, the size is supposed to be 36"!!! I've bought from Ebay for more than a decade. NO MORE!!! It's too tricky/difficult to jump through the technical hoops. Stay Away from Ebay!!
