Once I attempted to dropship a part to a customer and made a mistake. I was able to contact their support line and rectify the situation quickly - but, I had just ordered the part and within 30 minutes they had boxed it and generated a label. They seem to be very on top of their orders, and we will continue to be customers when we need to make repairs.

Notified seller, they were apologetic, and they promptly refunded the purchase price, no quibbles. I will order again I can when the need arises.

The problem is the printer was dead on arrival. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. The broken unit is likely not the seller's fault, so I give them five stars for their professionalism and quickly providing a return shipping label. They said they will refund my money once they receive it back. Zero starts for the broken unit.
