    Seller needs to do a better job. She prints out labels for items she does not have, making buyers think the item is being shipped, meanwhile she looks for the item but never tells buyers she can't find it. Zero communication! This isn't how Ebay is suppose to work. You don't have items for sale you do not have or don't know where they are!!! Getting really tired of these type of sellers! Making the Ebay experience not enjoyable or trustworthy! GET IT TOGETHER or QUIT SELLING ON EBAY!!!!

    We have the item. Buyer opened an item not received claim and only gave us 4 days to handle claim instead of sending buyer a message to inquire into the order. Seller informed buyer the order had to be cancelled and to reorder the item and we will get it shipped to buyer. Also had personal issues to contend with last week. Buyer could have easily re-ordered the item as seller instructed buyer to do.

    We ordered this item only because of its color (Green). The seller said they only had 2 left so I ordered both because we hadn't been able to find that color anyplace else. I ordered them on September 9th but didn't receive them until October 3rd and they weren't green as advertised but blue. I then contacted the seller by sending them an email requesting a refund and instructions on how to return them. I sent that email on October 3rd and it's now the 8th. The seller has not responded.
