Contacted seller after two weeks, she assured me that she would ship the item that evening. Sent a tracking number, but never took the item to be shipped out. When I reached out again she never responded and then several days later, refunded my item. HORRIBLE SELLER. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Buyer beware. I should have read all the feedback before (attempting) to purchase. Now I won't have the cooler for my event this weekend. WHAT A PAIN.

I made an offer of $15.00, including the product and shipping, but it looks as though I might be charged over $22.00 for both. I've tried to contact the seller with no response. Why isn't eBay doing anything about my problems, especially when they dare to ask for a review, when I haven't even received the product?
