In my case, I received a seat post clamp slightly smaller (frankly, an honest mistake since they look almost identical), and the seller responded within minutes, and after 2 hours the correct item was on its way. She didn’t even asked me to return the wrong item, and once the correct one arrived, it do so with a personal note written on a sticky note.
