Return shipping is so costly that I am now stuck with fabric for which I have no use. I frequently buy upholstery fabric from the UK, generally have a good experience. Would never use this seller again. Very unprofessional.

It is clearly new and well packaged and sent very promptly, as has everything I’ve ever ordered from this company. They’re always friendly, helpful, include fabric details, post promptly and protect fabric with a plastic outer bag which can be reused if opened carefully. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them every time lovely
