Once I attempted to dropship a part to a customer and made a mistake. I was able to contact their support line and rectify the situation quickly - but, I had just ordered the part and within 30 minutes they had boxed it and generated a label. Notified seller, they were apologetic, and they promptly refunded the purchase price, no quibbles. I will order again I can when the need arises.

There was some confusion with shipping information but in the end the item showed up a couple days earlier than expected and is in great shape. The quality of customer service was pretty good too and the value and appearance of the item is awesome.
