Due to the fact it was a counter top ice maker, I have to assume the shippers improperly handled it. Through it all the seller was quick and professional in his response and ultimately issued a full refund.

I would definitely buy from him again. Oh, and this might help buyers. In the reviews of this item on Amazon many people mentioned the item was smaller than they thought, so I was prepared.
