However, I was disappointed with the shipping experience. The package was in transit for almost two weeks, which is unacceptable. I understand that this is not your fault, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. Overall, I give the seller a 100% positive rating. The shipping experience was a big fail, but it doesn't reflect on the seller's service.
