I contacted the seller and they responded within about 10 mins and kept in contact until we had agreed on a resolution. Excellent customer service and I was vey happy with the outcome. I would gladly purchase from this seller again knowing the excellent communication and service I received. I was very happy with my transaction even though it did not arrive in the condition I had hoped.
