Shipping was fast and it even arrived a day earlier than originally given by FedEx. The laptop was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box within a box, so was safe and secure. For the price, there are no complaints at all, as the value of a laptop with these specs is phenomenal, and performance is definitely not an issue. They solved an issue...without informing me and left my questions unanswered. Then when the item arrived, the correct charging cable was not included. But they fixed that issue too. So some hiccups but they delivered exactly what I ordered. We can't be perfect all tye time, this was probably just a once in a while problem. So thank you Renew4me.
