Customer service was exemplary they went above and beyond to support me with delivery of this item, as a gift for someone. They love it and have decided it’s their forever thing to wear in the house. Will definitely purchase again for others as a gift. It’s a no brainer. Roll on winter. Thank you all so much for everything I/we truly appreciate it. Top class seller highly recommend them.

The 2nd time after I paid, it was never sent at all. Just Refunded without an explanation. After paying for the 3rd time, they told me it was sold out, they had no more. But then it had arrived today! Strange & disorganised. Communication was polite but unproductive. They don't seem to understand what you're asking. Like a badly trained AI. I wish to buy another pair though because it's good!
