Packing was inadequate and the item I needed was damaged as shown in the photos. You can plainly see the broken, damaged wires in the after photo's. To make things worse, they told me I did not know what I was talking about and that it was still serviceable! They never offered any compensation either! We offered to accept a return and refund, but the buyer refused to return the item and demanded a refund without sending it back. This feedback is not accurate or justified.
