The seller went to the effort of sending next day as a palletted delivery. Please note that this pole is plastic and not glass and doesn't come with a remote control. The customer service recieved has been incredible. I can highly recommend this seller.

When asked they said it was customer service fault. Instead of sending missing pieces they simply ask me to send item back and get refund.
