    Package was shipped in a timely manner and packaged well. While the item was described as new/open box and only the original box damaged there was no charger in the box. He suggested I buy a charger on eBay since he didn't have any in stock and he'd refund me that purchase. Which he did immediately after I sent the info. I'm happy with this purchase and is a great value for this awesome battery pack. Thanks!

    Was skeptical due to the substantial discount of 500 dollars less than msrp in addition to the stock photos shown not matching the item name (aax promotional vs praise and worship) so I contacted the seller for a picture of the box for verification. I got a response after 4 days which confirmed it was the praise and warship variant and decided to buy it with free returns being a fail-safe. The box came unopened, no fingerprint or marks on the cymbals, and the correct cymbal set. Very satisfied.

    The headphones I purchased were fully functional and shipped within a reasonable period of time. They were not packaged well, and arrived with a scratch on the left side, possibly because of poor packaging. Though they sometimes took awhile to respond, the seller worked with me to resolve the issue. I understand that accidents do happen, and I do not hold it against the seller. They did a great job fixing the problem. I would consider shopping with them again.
