Then, we experienced an unexpected issue with USPS that was not sellers fault. They stepped in and advocated for me to the USPS until they corrected the issue. When I did receive everything, it was in fantastic condition, appearance was exactly as described, while it was expensive - great value. A+

This delay caused a financial loss on my end, so I reasonably requested some form of compensation. Instead of understanding the impact, the seller responded with hostility and refused to take accountability. Very disappointing experience — poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no regard for customer service. Shipping would’ve been longer as it has already been around two weeks. I contacted the seller and what they say about 99% feedback is a scam because they never answered me and I’m currently waiting on my money back.
