If it wasn't a beautiful art book wouldn't have cared at all, but it is a gorgeous, collectible piece meant to be displayed on a shelf. However, I got it for a truly great price, it was packaged very securely with an over abundance of padding, and it arrived quickly, so I will not complain. Thanks!

States "Refreshing Toner + Cleansing Gel,'' which I believed was ordering 2 sets of Toner "plus" Gel, not a set of one of each product. I would never have paid this price for just one of each. Toner box was in good shape, but gel box appears a bit ragged. Response to order was quick and I did receive order within the date promised. Hoping seller will honor a request for an additional set for the cost paid. I did send out the 2nd set that you ordered. The 1st picture showed the products out of the box, so the buyer could see the bottles. I am sorry you were confused and thought it was 2 sets. The rest of the pictures clearly showed only one bottle of each, and the description did not state that it was 2 sets of each. I am sorry again for the confusion.
