Seller did offer alternative options to make things right and was completely open and honest about my purchase. This is one of the best sellers on eBay! Professional, friendly with great communication. I received a refund promptly as promised. I may not have received my item at no fault of the seller but I found a eBay store I can recommend and would do business with in the future!
