I use Verbatim discs as a first choice, and this was a bit disappointing, but it is wonderful to not have any problems with a return. For that, I thank them!

However, my experience with the courier service delivering it was somewhat less than positive, claiming to have attempted delivery at a time when I was at home waiting for it to arrive, and then that the package had got lost in the system, although my dealings with them on the phone were civilised and the parcel was eventually delivered two days later. This is no reflection on the product or the supplier.
