My friend never received the ring, and this merchant refunded the money promptly. I was very upset that the ring was not delivered, but I appreciated their prompt refund. This is a good company, with honest people.

Ebay Customer Service confirmed there was no proof of delivery - tracking # was not for my address. Seller said they would send a new one, "4-5 days, 100% guaranteed". Asked me to close the case. Then provided a false tracking #, that showed the item was delivered. India Post tracking had no location specific details. I asked seller for a refund 3X, they ignored my requests instead saying they would re-ship.

I tried to cancel order very soon after purchase since the shipping date was very far off. No response from seller. When ring did not arrive, seller said it was going to send another.
