Others I have bought came in a much bigger box, braced with pieces of cardboard. I contacted them and they said "I wrapped it as best I could" and offered a full refund. Yet they then changed their mind and said they would provide 50% (yet $17 is not 50% of $37.55!). They suggested I was trying scam them. When I contacted seller they said it was on the way when I still had no up dates from FedEx and contacted the seller they gave me the same story so when asked for the 3rd time they replied with a very smart comment and then proceeded to give me my money back on Dec 11th.
