It was packed well and looked exactly how it did in the auction. Something in the inside of the hard drive got knocked loose. The hard drive is 20+ years old so it’s not surprising. The seller sent a a full refund in a timely manner with no drama or nonsense. Would definitely buy from again.

Upon receipt of the printer, the paper tray pull out was broke and the printer display was not allowing the user to utilize the machine. Printer pricing was reasonable had the printer performed as expected. Seller accepted the return of the unit and refunded the purchase. I would recommend the seller and I would purchase from the again.
