I had a few questions both before purchasing and while testing and validating the hardware and the seller answered all of my questions very quickly (impressive given the timezone difference!). Packaging was quite good, protecting the item fromdamage due to rough handling. Tracking via SpeedPAK was terrible this time. It appears seller did not deliver the product to the shipper for at least 7 days from the time Shipping Label was created.
