This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles

I'm a bit surprised on how fast they got it to me because of the 4th of July weekend window I'd ordered it in, but it got to me earlier than listed and well wrapped up. It got to me in brand new looking shape. Good seller, fast shipping and they sent me what they advertised.

It arrived very quickly and was packaged superbly. However upon opening the package I found that only one of the two cds had been shipped. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the problem. They quickly responded and took responsibility for the mistake. Moreover they immediately refunded my money no other questions asked. These days it’s rare to find a seller that puts the customer first!!!
