To be totally honest there were set backs in the delivery of the item but at the end of the day the seller did manage to ship me the item I purchased which is all that matters to me. Thank you

The seller communicates well in the beginning, but he sent a part that did not work and he said just to keep it for parts. But then he gave me a long paragraph of how he couldn't pay back because his account was in the negative and it would take him time to pay me back 74$, then he said he could try to pay outside of ebay. This is the same as another complaint on this seller.
