I realize that this was an open-box item, but I would have hoped all the parts were included in the box. We were lucky that we could use the counterweight from the faucet we were replacing.

It was listed as open box condition. The box was a little beat up, but the sink was packed securely inside and is perfect. I asked the seller for more details (had the sink been installed or to send pics of the actual product since the listing just had stock photos). The room I had planned to put it in has silver tones, so it wouldn't have looked right.
