Tried rescheduling delivery but the package was returned. I don't know if the package ever made it back to the seller. All I know is that I paid for the item, was willing to pay for reshaping, and never received the item or a refund. I've been trying to solve a problem that you created yourself for days, and you're writing untruths here.
