It arrived 8 days later (18 days after order placement and payment). The carabiner was used, scratched, broken, and clear-taped to a wrinkled paper product hanger. I compared it to three other products already owned (one silver, two black) and this item may even be a counterfeit. I want an immediate refund! If item needs to be returned, send pre-paid envelope to me for ship back.
