I had to open a case to get my refund, and she is ignoring me and still reluctant to accept the refund with the same excuse although I told her eBay will take care of it. You have been quite rude when I was trying to explain that I was more than happy to refund but eBay has the funds so I was never paid. So you’re wanting me to refund you money that I never got which seems unfair. I have tried contacting eBay and there seems to be no number to call, just a virtual assistant that gives no help on what to.
