I also asked for a numpad in a note to the seller, and they kindly told me that the laptop would come with that, and it sure did! Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.

Andrew has gone above and beyond with the aftercare of my purchase - when I ran into some software issues of my own doing (after downloading a 3rd party app). He patiently talked me through each step to resolve the issue and restore my laptop back to it's original state, all in his own time. Can't thank him enough and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company in the future. Thank again Andrew - Top man!
