This companies Customer Service was next level!! I had problems trying to install a printer and a driver was missing. I'm not computer savvy and I told the company that I bought the computer from. They told me that if I let them access my computer they would sort everything out. Within 10 minutes everything was sorted at no cost!! They are now my go to company for all matters computer

I also asked for a numpad in a note to the seller, and they kindly told me that the laptop would come with that, and it sure did! Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.
