Not because they sent the wrong item but both times I made contact they didn't answer the question I asked. one being do you have the correct item to send or do I look elsewhere . They did immediately offer my money back although it seems to take day's to get a return label.Not like every other company that emails you a link after its been approved to get a return label. It seems to be of equal quality to the OEM part. I think that the seller should use a different shipping service. Overall it is an excellent value to buy one of their brush plate kits rather than buying a starter. Even with the slow shipping I would still purchase again from the seller. Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards.
