They really went above and beyond, the packaging was immaculate, it brought tears to my eyes just knowing that my projector had a safe and happy trip over. Another ewaste problem is stuff needs repairs despite claiming it doesn't but this was perfectly as described, Great value for money, shipping was smooth and quick as well!

Seller provided a partial refund as a result of the damage. Satisfied with the outcome. Communication with seller to discuss damage and options was easy and prompt. Would buy from again.

It was shipped to me extremely fast. I was extremely worried about the packaging but it arrived and to my shock it was safely packaged! Product was exactly as described with only unnoticeable small scratches but otherwise great especially for the price! I will definitely be considering getting more from them in the future! Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
