The only concern I had when I received the package was a sizable hole was torn on the side of the box near the bottom. The shipping foam that supported the condenser was intact, and there was no visible product damage. The product quality looks to be good, with the same fitment as the original unit it replaced.

Then it was passed onto another courier(dragonfly) which driver was uncooperative when asked where my item was. Couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered then hung up on me. (Last name Singh) explains everything. If sent by fed ex, should be delivered by fed ex.
