Printer pricing was reasonable had the printer performed as expected. Seller accepted the return of the unit and refunded the purchase. I would recommend the seller and I would purchase from the again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in how this matter was handled and would certainly be very happy to deal again with such a total customer satisfaction solution being instantly offered. Just a simple mistake but was handled promptly to my total satisfaction.
