No charger with unit. Order screen protector from Ebay, and charger from other site. Battery was dead on arrival, but it charged up okay and when I left unit running on battery it lasted about 3 hours (sleep set to never), which I think is very good for a used unit.

The packaging was super low quality it looked like they tried to stuff it in a flat rate envelope, gave up and put the envelope with the unit sticking out of it I to a box. It was not disclosed that the battery is junk and that the HDMI port requires minor repairs. All and all I am satisfied with the purchase as the screen was not damaged as stated and just required cleaned. The screen is flawless.

I asked them to ship ASAP if possible and they replied promptly and they met my request. I got this computer on Friday afternoon when it was expected to arrive 4 days later on Tuesday The cherry on top of the great customer service had to be the quality of the computer I bought from mrdevices The computer is in way better shape than the description said it would be. I couldn’t be happier
