I notified seller but seller refused to help or acknowledge the proof provided by the picture of the measurement. Seller said if I return it, that shipping cost is on me. I tried many times over ebay email but seller wouldn't help me. This mistake and attitude by the seller is bad business and unprofessional. I should at least receive replacement or covered return shipping. Never trust this seller.

Seller sucks and does not help the customers out. They chose money over value of customers. And it was a back and forth for a return. And told me they will give refund if I give a good review as of it was a threat.
