The Fitbit appears to be new even though there was some writing (an email address crossed out) on the enclosed paperwork. I assume someone changed their mind after buying. It was easy to set up and is working as expected. The price was considerably less than brand new.

Google keeps updating and expanding its capabilities, and even without the $80/year Premium upgrade (which I don't have), this device covers a surprising number of readings. As a longtime Fitbit user, I do have concerns about its accuracy for measurements other than steps, especially as they continue to expand the number of things this device is supposed to measure without adding capabilties to the hardware. Nonetheless, I find the Inspire generally useful

I love how slim and sleek it looks and the metal clasps hold the wristband in securely. Came with a few scuffs on the screen, but nothing too noticeable. Overall a great deal!

Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
