Was given a savings on shipping cost for multiple purchaes shipped together. CDs were well packaged (very important for a fragile jewel case), and shipped in timely manner. This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles
