It arrived in the exact condition the listing described; however, there was an issue with the item, and I had to return it.     This was one of the best sellers I have ever gotten item(s) from! Seller shipped our itme and we received the coffee maker 4 days AHEAD of time! Unfortunately....the water sensor did not work....we contacted the seller and they sent us a PREPAID return....we shipped it back to them and received another one in 3 days!! Their communication was excellent!! I cannot express how happy we were with this seller!! Amazing work!!
