Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

Unfortunately during shipment a corner piece had broken off on paper feed # 1 in front lower corner of printer, as well as guides on sides of feed tray were broken too. The printer otherwise looked very nice, and clean. The seller was extremely, nice and helpful with the return of the printer. A seamless return, thank you so much.
