Contacted seller w/obvious pictures & was told a NEW replacement would be sent within 24hrs. Over a week passed, they sent another msg saying we needed to respond to start the replacement process... I replied to the msg saying "You said you would send a new one" & they said we would have to pay more money to send back a product we didn't order. Rude customer service, horrible quality control, & not as described.
