I ordered a second (same BB player, different photo) from the seller and asked if he could again write "DON NOT BEND" on envelope. He said he was sorry the first one got bent and sent me two new ones. One was identicial to the first one I ordered and the other was the one I ordered the second time. I never asked him to do this and the bending of the first order was obviously not his fault.
