Two huge, very well packed boxes arrived promptly and on opening the boxes both items looked sound. I had seen on other reviews of similar jars that the taps were a bit leaky, but these looked fine. I've given one to my friend. I was a bit worried it'd be another 'thing' filling up precious kitchen bench space, but she is really pleased with it. The other is yet to be given.

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too.
