Indicator lights appeared to show both batteries were good to go. One battery immediately went dead as soon as it was connected and turned on. Never would charge after that. The other battery sort of charged but it had problems too and ultimately didn't work; wasn't dependable. Rather than trying to contact the seller, we just used Ebay's return system and took care of the matter. Socks are made in China; beware.
