I contacted Screenarama and they immediately sent me out a replacement. The replacement turned out to be the incorrect type for my laptop, so I contacted them, and they sent me the return packing slip the same day and sent me a link for the proper screen which I purchased. Great experience all around. Nice to see a company that stands behind their products and provides excellent customer service.
