Although the doll had some production flaws, Ivita were quick to work with me and support me with this issue. I would recommend Ivita to others. The only thing to be mindful of is that the the dolls are mass produced can have minor imperfections. Other than that, it was good experience over all!

Although she is beautiful she did come with some rips and tears here and there. I messaged the seller about it and she was very cooperative and helpful to resolve the problem. This seller has amazing communication and writes back very quickly. Would recommend this seller for cheaper yet still high quality babies. The postage was also very quick.
