I then received message from the company telling me that the item that they were going to send was damaged and offered me a replacement item or a refund. I have to say I am so impressed with the customer service in this company. Most people would just send it out and say it got damaged shipping . I look forward to doing business with them again.

Although the doll had some production flaws, Ivita were quick to work with me and support me with this issue. I would recommend Ivita to others. The only thing to be mindful of is that the the dolls are mass produced can have minor imperfections.
